The interests of entrepreneurs are protected for whom the local self-government body, contrary to the requirements of the law and over its powers, created discriminatory conditions for doing business. The courts recognized as unlawful and invalid the decisions of the local self-government body to impose restrictions on a separate group of entrepreneurs to carry out their economic activities. The decision came into legal force. Entrepreneurs’ rights have been restored.
