Judicial protection of the client's interests

Legal protection of the interests of the ADVANTIUM client, an international company, in a controversy with a Ukrainian resident, a customer of services was carried out. By the decisions of the courts of appeal and cassation, the claim was satisfied, the decision to collect in favor of the ADVANTIUM client the debt (together with penalties and losses) in the amount of more than 11 million UAH.
