ADVANTIUM represented the client’s interests in a controversy over the claim of a drug manufacturer related to an attempt to unjustifiably collect funds from the client in the amount of UAH 500 thousand as damages. ADVANTIUM proved that the client fulfilled his obligations properly and that the claims were groundless and unreasonable. The case concerned the fulfillment of obligations under a transport forwarding agreement and the liability of a freight forwarder. The foreign economic nature of the controversy and the application of international law were also interesting in the case.
