ADVANTIUM proved the unlawfulness of the decisions in the court of appeal

ADVANTIUM proved the unlawfulness of decisions on the application of fines for violation of the requirements of the legislation in the field of urban planning in the amount of more than 2 million UAH in the court of appeal, and the instructions of the body of the State Architectural and Construction Inspection of Ukraine on the prohibition of the operation of the construction site. During the consideration of the case, several forensic construction and technical examinations were carried out, experts were summoned, etc. The controversial issue mainly concerned the assignment of the construction object to a certain category of complexity. We managed to convince the court that the client legally carried out the construction (reconstruction) of the object and that such an object correctly belongs to the category of complexity declared by the client.
