ADVANTIUM managed to satisfy the client's property requirements

ADVANTIUM managed to achieve real satisfaction of the property claims of the client, an international company, in the bankruptcy case of the debtor, the client’s counterparty in the amount of more than 1,200,000 UAH. To this end, our company has taken effective measures to appeal against transactions for the withdrawal of the debtor’s property and return them to the liquidation estate and mediation with the owners of the debtor. In this ADVANTIUM case, among other things, the concept of fraudulent transactions was applied, the bad faith of the debtor’s actions to withdraw the last assets to prevent the satisfaction at their expense of the monetary claims of the present creditor and evasion of obligations.
