Emotionally important and difficult case of deprivation of paternal rights

An emotionally important and difficult case of deprivation of parental rights of an individual – a US citizen, was completed in favor of the client ADVANTIUM. In this ADVANTIUM case, the norms of international law and decisions of foreign courts were successfully applied, evidence collected in the territory of other states, convincing arguments were made before the national authorities and courts about the need to protect the rights of the child and the other parent. The defense was multi-stage but ultimately effective and efficient.
