A client applied to ADVANTIUM. He is a customer of construction works, to whom the contractor filed a claim for the collection of funds for the work and penalties. The client reported that the work was performed by the contractor poorly and with a significant delay, the contractor refused to eliminate the deficiencies, and the client incurred the costs of correcting the deficiencies. After examining all the circumstances of the case, ADVANTIUM prepared and filed a counterclaim against the contractor to recover forfeit and damages. By decisions of the courts, the case was decided in favor of the ADVANTIUM client.
