ADVANTIUM protected the interests of the client against an unscrupulous creditor

ADVANTIUM defended the client’s interests against an attempt by an unscrupulous creditor to invalidate the transaction on the introduction of real estate into the authorized capital of a legal entity and to take further actions with the seizure of such property. During the consideration of the case, the legality of the client’s actions during the contested transaction was proved. The client’s legal position was, among other things, substantiated by the positive jurisprudence of the Supreme Court, which was investigated and applied by ADVANTIUM when representing the client’s interests.
